Monthly puzzle

My next door neighbour, who had just replaced a rotten fascia board on my house for me, gave me this problem to solve, when I told him I was getting too old to work while standing on a rickety ladder.

He said: Speaking of age, my wife, Mary is now as old as my son Jeff and my daughter Heddi combined. When Mary was as old as all three of our offspring - Heddi, Jeff and Beda - Jeff was half as old as Heddi will be when Beda is twice as old as she is now.

When Beda is as old as Heddi is now, Heddi will be four times as old as Beda is now.

I figured out the ages of Mary, Heddi, Jeff and Beda. They are all integers, and none of the four are teenagers.

How old are they?
